Be useful to your neighbourhood
Share things that help the people around you: local news, lost and found, recommendations, timings, offers, and honest questions.
Do not post private information
Never post someone else phone number, address, ID, documents, or photographs of a private place. Pulse shares your area name, not your exact location, and expects the same from everyone else.
Keep health, money and safety claims honest
Do not give medical, legal or financial advice as if it were professional. Do not post fake giveaways, fake limited-time offers, or invented prices. Offers must be real and must be maintained by the business while they are live.
No harassment, hate or spam
Do not target people, insult anyone, post repeated or unrelated content, or use Pulse to advertise things in a group. If you run a business, publish offers through your business account.
Photos and video
Only upload photos you have the right to share. Location data stored inside your photos is removed before upload. Video is not available at the moment.
How moderation works
Members can report a post or comment at any time. Reports are private. Moderators can hide content pending review, remove content that breaks these rules, mute or block accounts, and record every action. Repeat breaches can lead to an account being suspended.
What you can report
Choose the closest reason when you report something. Moderators see the reason and the content you flagged.

What is not in Pulse
Pulse does not take payments, send SMS or WhatsApp messages, or run promotions on your behalf. Business services and marketplace needs stay in the main NeedKaro app, and chat stays in NeedKaro Chats.
Privacy in short
- Your exact location is stored only to rank nearby content. It is never shown to other members.
- Other members see your area name, your account type, and whether you are a verified business.
- View counts are de-duplicated views, not the number of unique people who read a post.
- You can mute, block, or report anyone at any time.
