These Terms of Service govern your use of NeedKaro. By accessing or using NeedKaro, you agree to these terms while retaining all statutory consumer rights available under applicable law.
This policy is subject to India legal and CA review.
NeedKaro provides NeedKaro through real local discovery, serviceability checks, and customer-to-business connection flows.
1. Service description
NeedKaro is a local discovery and connection platform. Some information is sourced from public/open datasets such as OpenStreetMap, and some information is submitted by merchants. NeedKaro does not guarantee seller availability, delivery, price, quality, or completeness of local coverage.
2. User responsibilities
You are responsible for your account credentials and for providing accurate information when submitting needs, listings, products, reviews, or feedback.
3. Business and seller listings
Businesses must be authorised to submit their listings, must keep public information accurate, and must comply with applicable law, tax rules, consumer protection requirements, and NeedKaro policies.
4. Marketplace role
NeedKaro is a local discovery and connection platform. Some information is sourced from public/open datasets such as OpenStreetMap, and some information is submitted by merchants. NeedKaro does not guarantee seller availability, delivery, price, quality, or completeness of local coverage.

NeedKaro helps customers discover and connect with local businesses. Service terms, pricing, fulfilment and payment are agreed directly between the customer and the business. NeedKaro does not sell goods or services, collect customer payments, or act as a merchant of record.
2. User responsibilities
You are responsible for your account credentials and for providing accurate information when submitting needs, listings, products, reviews, or feedback.
3. Business and seller listings
Businesses must be authorised to submit their listings, must keep public information accurate, and must comply with applicable law, tax rules, consumer protection requirements, and NeedKaro policies.
4. Customer-to-business connections
NeedKaro facilitates introductions between customers and local businesses. All pricing, service terms, fulfilment, and payment are arranged directly between the customer and the business. NeedKaro is not a party to these transactions.
5. Prohibited content and services
Users and businesses must not post illegal, misleading, unsafe, infringing, or regulated goods or services unless they are properly authorised and the platform has explicitly enabled that category.
6. Information accuracy
We try to keep information useful and current, but customers should verify critical details such as opening hours, identity, price, availability, licensing, and service suitability directly with the business or facility.
7. Complaints and support

Invitations and community recognition
Invitations are optional and may be shared only with people you choose. You must not use NeedKaro invitations for spam, harassment, automated messaging or misleading promotion. Invite acceptance always requires normal signup and consent. NeedKaro may reject self-referrals, duplicate signups, replay attempts and other abuse.
Referral badges recognise verified community activity only. They do not promise money, prizes, cash rewards or guaranteed benefits. Businesses may share a QR code for their real public profile, but may not force follows, create fake reviews or automatically subscribe anyone.
